Here are the instructions to create this Pocket Silhouettes card:

  • The first step to creating this gorgeous card is to cut a piece of chocolate chip cardstock to 8" X 4 1/2".  Score this piece at 5 1/2" and fold.  Using your scallop border punch, punch a scallop border on the flap of  the chocolate chip cardstock.  This is your cardstock base.

  • Cut a piece a baja breeze cardstock to 5 3/8" X 4 1/8" and attach this to the inside of your base card.

  • Cut a piece of whisper white cardstock to 1 3/4" X 3 1/2".  Stamp this piece using chocolate chip ink with one of the flower images from the stampin’ up set,  pocket silhouettes. Using your ticket corner punch, punch out each corner of the stamped cardstock.  Using  a couple of stampin’ dimensionals, attach your stamped  piece to a piece of chocolate chip designer series paper cut to 2 1/4" X 4".  Attach this to the baja breeze cardstock from the previous step.

  • Cut two pieces of baja breeze cardstock to 1 7/8" X 4 1/8" and holding your base cardstock with the little flap on the left side attach these two pieces one on each side of the flap.

  • Cut a piece of 5/8" chocolate chip grosgrain ribbon long enough to wrap around the little flap and meet in the front. (I used approximately 9" of ribbon).  Using a smal flower punch, punch out a flower of a piece of baja breeze cardstock.  Using your paper piercer put ahole in the center of the flower as well as the center of the ribbon as shown.  Attach the flower to the ribbon using a brad. Position the ribbon seam so that it will be underneath the wording on the flap.  Attach the ribbon using a little dab of crystal effects glue.

  • Cut a piece of whisper white cardstock to 1 1/4" X 0.5".  Using the sentiment stamp from the stampin’ up stamp set, pocket silhouettes and chocolate chip ink stamp, thanks so much.  Adher this piece to the center of a piece of chocolate chip cardstock cut to 1 3/4" X 5/8".  Using your paper piercer put two holes, one of either side of the sentiment and attach a couple of brads.

Thanks for looking. I hope this was helpful
